This is achieved by tapping into the creative energy of the startup ecosystem and drawing upon the wealth of experience from established corporate entities.

As a pivotal Nasscom initiative, we are at the forefront of cultivating a dynamic and innovative AI ecosystem in India. Our mission encompasses providing a unified platform that facilitates the enhancement of AI capabilities and development across various sectors through a comprehensive suite of programs and initiatives. Our efforts are concentrated on fostering collaboration among industry leaders, startups, academic institutions, and research bodies across different states to amplify India's AI development and capabilities. We also engage closely with key industry stakeholders, government departments at both central and state levels, international bodies, and domain experts to develop actionable roadmaps and tools for a robust scaling of AI technologies. Central to our strategy is the Nasscom Responsible AI Hub, through which we drive strategic programs and activities focused on raising awareness, building capacity, and influencing both domestic and international policy decisions regarding AI.

Our ambition is clear and compelling: to cultivate a thriving ecosystem of at least 10,000 world-class DeepTech startups in India by 2030. This strategic endeavor is crucial for bolstering the deep tech ecosystem and cements the industry’s role as pioneers in leading the deep tech revolution in India.

India's cybersecurity landscape has dramatically evolved, reflecting the growing focus on bolstering digital defenses amid emerging threats. This evolution underscores the strategic importance of digitization, serving as a pivotal force in driving organizations toward adopting data-centric strategies. The Data Security Council of India (DSCI), set up by Nasscom as a not-for-profit, industry-led body, champions a safe, secure, and trusted cyberspace. It develops best practices and standards in cybersecurity and privacy, working alongside the government, law enforcement, and various sectors like tech services, BPM, BFSI, and Telecom and emerging technologies. DSCI engages in public advocacy, thought leadership, and capacity-building efforts. Through its work, DSCI plays a crucial role in shaping the cybersecurity landscape, making it resilient in the face of challenges and safeguarding the digital frontier.
