Capita India commenced operations in 2004 and has become an inherent part of Capita’s blended onshore/offshore service offering. The development of the offshore capability is central to Capita’s strategic growth and is a key part of the long term vision for the Capita Group. Capita India has grown gradually; starting from simple processes and have become a core part of the Client’s business. In some cases it managed 70% of clients processes offshore. Today Capita India has approximately 3,300 staff and is the largest UK Life & Pensions service provider from India.
