Today, GCCs are building on their process domain understanding and tech knowledge to enable competitive advantage for their global organizations as well as bringing a mindset shift that promotes innovation irrespective of the business or function alignment.
This award recognizes GCCs that have created tangible business benefits in terms of revenue, cost, efficiency, and time to market through successful product and process innovations.

GCCs have built and strengthened their relationships with external ecosystem partners such as third-party service providers, startups, academia, and industry bodies.
