Having joined in a complete work-from-home situation, I initially thought it would be challenging but right from the beginning I felt supported, included, and valued in the entire organisation. People here are approachable, they are eager to leverage synergies and they don’t get bogged down by hierarchies, which are big enablers for me as an employee.
