NASSCOM Indian Showcase at Hannover Messe, Germany followed by multicity roadshow

After forced hiatus induced to COVID restrictions, we are ready to participate in a marquee event in Germany - Hannover Messe between May 30^th to 2^nd June, 2022. Additionally, to make it worth the investment from our members, we are also timing our multi-city roadshow within Germany alongside Hannover Messe. These roadshows across Germany are being planned with support from our partners and Missions on ground to enhance image of Indian tech industry and promote Indo-German collaboration.

Hannover Messe is the leading international platform also called a "hot spot" for digital world transformation with innovation and excellence. It attracts over 2,00,000 visitors every year and invites exhibitors offering following solutions/services - digital platforms, cloud & infrastructure, engineering, office software, industrial 5G, IT logistics, predictive maintenance, AR/VR, future of work, automation, motion & drives to meet with enterprises. This year the event is taking place in physical format after two year at Hannover between 30^th May - 2^nd June 2022 and NASSCOM multicity roadshow will follow thereafter with tentative itinerary mentioned below.

NASSCOM is planning to participate at the Messe with India showcase. Since Germany is a strategic market and we want to promote brand Indian IT in the region, we are carving out special program for Indian companies.

Participation

You have two ways to participate in this mega outreach spanning multiple cities for promoting Indo German Digital Collaboration i.e. either as Exhibitor or / and as a Delegate only. Kindly note that below is indicative program and dates and location can change in due course.

Speaking Slots at Hannover

We have couple of speaking slots on offer (complimentary) but you need to register before 23^rd March as an Exhibitor and submit 'Topic and profile of the speaker' that needs to be approved by Messe committee.

Commericals

Exhibition booth price is inclusive of raw space and basic amenities. Details to be made available.

Please note: In case you wish to participate in multicity roadshow along with Booth / Kiosk at Hannover, a discount of 20% is applicable on "Delegate Fee for being part of multicity roadshow" only. i.e., Participation cost for Booth at Hannover + 2 delegates to multicity roadshow will be INR 4,95,000/- + GST instead of INR 5,25,000/- + GST

Visa: To be obtained by companies themselves. NASSCOM to provide supporting documents. Besides the fees mentioned above delegates will have to additionally budget for airfare, lodging, food and beverage costs, travel & related incidentals and local travel by train, short duration flight, etc. All bookings & travel arrangements to be delegates themselves. NASSCOM will provide suggestions and detailed itinerary.
