NASSCOM and NASSCOM Foundation invite you to the session - Towards building a Disability Confident Organization

Some of the companies have formulated and identified their niche areas to practice Inclusion. Understanding the strategy and challenges faced by these companies in achieving its inclusion goals, will help others to overcome their challenges.

This workshop will be led by two companies who have built strong inclusion practices in the organization. Designed as an interactive session, the companies will elaborate their process and practices, answer queries from participant companies and share tips to demystify hiring and retention of Person with Disabilities.

This workshop will also include 'Disability sensitization' by EKansh who actively works, especially skills Persons with Disability. The NGO will explain/demonstrate how persons with disability, and persons with Disability, operate in their daily lives. This is expected to help companies get a better understanding and be sensitized on the needs of reasonable accommodation when hiring and inducting.
