Companies have been relying on technology to deliver innovation and improve productivity and efficiencies. However, rapid technological advancements have resulted in unprecedented disruptions. Today we see digital technologies impacting every part of the industry value chain. Such disruptions call for organizations to re-think their entire organizational structure and business portfolio and mature into a Digital Enterprise.

However, every company has its own interpretation of what is a Digital Enterprise. For some, it means implementing one or more digital technologies. For others, it is a much bigger perspective - overhauling the entire organization and product portfolio, with technology being just one of the enabling levers.
