Decoding E-invoicing Under GST Law

Goods and Services Tax (GST) was launched on 1^st July 2017 by President of India, and the Government of India. It was launched amidst lot of expectations and criticism across the globe. Since the launch GST has been an enigma for the Indian business community. Addition to this, the GST Council, in its 35^th meeting has decided to implement a system of e-invoicing. It is the submission of an already generated standard invoice on a common portal. Thus it automates multi-purpose reporting with a one-time input of invoice details.

NASSCOM in association with KPMG will be decoding E-invoicing under the GST law and will also be discussing contemporary issues of corporate & International tax, personal taxation, transfer pricing, Indirect taxes from a tax and regulatory perspective impacting IT/ ITES clients.
