Data Engineering From Services to Enablement

Data democratization is the need of the hour to propagate the data driven culture in an organization. However, data engineering and warehousing teams can quickly become the bottleneck in this mission if data engineering continues to be provided as a service.

In this session, we will discuss how data engineering teams can scale themselves to be the enabler of data driven culture. We will reexamine the People, Process and Technology aspects of a modern data engineering teams under the Data Engineering Wave 3.0. We will also learn how data engineering can add more value by being the centralized Data Governance organization while promoting the data democratization at scale.
