Product managers can be equated to modern-day workplace Sherlock Holmes. Just like Holmes, they are trying to solve a puzzle that is vague, ambiguous, and challenging. In this journey, Mr. Holmes is usually never alone. He banks on his trusty and dependable friend Dr. Watson to be his voice of reason.
