In the midst of COVID-19 pandemic, enterprises have had to face up numerous challenges. Ensuring business continuity, keeping their systems and employees secure, being able to scale up their infrastructure to cater to market needs are just a few among others. Against this backdrop, while there is a new world order in place, enterprises need to build out a resilient architecture that can withstand future shocks, be flexible towards unanticipated changes in the environment and create a positive experience for their employees and stakeholders.
