Today, Gender Inclusion conversations are focusing more and more on building the leadership pipeline and plugging the leaking pipeline. While supply issues at entry level are being addressed with a number of actions and interventions - there is a leadership gap at middle and senior levels due to several reasons.

In order to bridge this gap and with an objective to empower, connect, and support the next generation of women leaders in the IT/ ITES industry and enable them with the necessary resources, and knowledge that will help them to realize their full potential and aid career development, NASSCOM D & I Initiative has initiated the Tech Series program for the Women Technologists.
