Senior Associate/ Deputy Manager - Startup Innovation Hub -Gurugram

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

•Managing Nasscom Gurugram startup hub along with the admin manager 
•Conduct various activities like mentorship, workshops, investors connect, mixer etc. at the warehouse.
•Plan and organize roundtables, meetups, and industry sessions to promote innovation and thought- leadership
•Work towards maintaining the startup occupancy at the startup hub 
•Closely working with warehouse authorities on required focus areas 
•Actively engaging with startups in the startup hub and creating engagement plans for the same
•    Work with the northern region lead on building and engaging the ecosystem stakeholders like corporates, investors, academia and government.
•Creating a strong curated ecosystem of startups in the northern region 
•Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process – prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
•Collaboration with internal teams at NASSCOM
 

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

Graduate/Post Graduate with 6+ years of experience in startups / running community platforms
