Reporting To:

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

  • Project/Program Management – Act as a Single Point of Contact for our existing/assigned Partners to realize the goals identified.
  • Take ownership of the usecase success with the enterprises or other institutions. 
  • Tracking progress at enterprise & startup and removing gaps and escalating as necessary with the goal of successful deployment. 
  • Working in a startup ecosystem in the areas of Deeptech, e.g. AI and IoT and/or Supply Chain.Connections or experience of engaging in areas of innovation and their adopting organizations will be preferred.
  • Working with people at the senior level: handholding startups to provide successful POC to the enterprises.
  • Lead the co-creation with multiple enterprises/entities simultaneously.
  • Handling startup engagement and communication with various startups.
  • Evaluating the solutions and technologies used by various startups and matching innovative solutions to adopting companies’ requirements.
  • Manage successful completion of PoCs (Proof of Concepts) along with required follow-ups, identifying gaps and addressing them.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

  • B.Tech./BE (CS/EC/EE/IS/Mech/Biotech) 
  • Approx 10 years' experience in incubation/accelerator; Deeptech startups/organizations with functional experience in at least one of innovation, product development, business development, program management, account management
  • Proven and demonstrable: Fire and zeal to succeed, great attitude, extrovert, high listening and learning skills and analytical skills
  • Good verbal and creative professional writing skills, with exposure to clients at senior levels.
