Program Manager

Reporting To: Deputy Director

Lead and manage AI ecosystem programs
Collaborate with startups, government, industry, and academia stakeholders, as the need may be, to drive program success.
Achieve program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strategic objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient program delivery.
Coordinate cross-functionally to integrate program activities with organizational objectives.
Implement, monitor and publish performance metrics for continuous optimization.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

5-7 years of experience in program management and/or partner management.
Proven track record in achieving program KPIs and strategic objectives.
Strong leadership skills in managing day-to-day program operations.
Experience collaborating with startups, government, industry, and/or academia stakeholders.
Cross-functional coordination expertise for seamless integration with organizational objectives.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Customer-centric mind-set with a strong bias for action
