Digital & Content Marketing Specialist (Noida)

We are looking for a results-driven Digital and Content Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of digital tools and trends. This role demands excellent strategy, content and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

1. SEO & Paid Marketing

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and site traffic. 
  • Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. 
  • Plan and manage SEM campaigns via Google Ads and other platforms to drive conversions. 
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate regular insights. 
  • Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are applied across the website.

 2. Social Media Strategy & Management 

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. 
  • Manage content creation, scheduling, and publishing across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, etc. 
  • Monitor social media trends and platforms to improve campaign effectiveness. 
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly. 
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and foster positive interactions. 

3. Content Strategy & Management 

  • Create and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing goals. 
  • Produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media, and digital channels. 
  • Collaborate on multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts. 
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all content. 

4. Influencer Engagement

  • Conduct research to identify relevant influencers who align with our brand values and target audience. 
  •  Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with influencer markerting agency, ensuring cost-effectiveness and mutual benefit. Provide ongoing support to influencers throughout the collaboration period. 
  • Monitor and evaluate influencer campaigns, analyzing their performance and impact on brand awareness and sales. Analyze data and metrics to measure the success and ROI of influencer collaborations.

5. Analytics & Reporting 

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI. 
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management. 
  • Use data to continuously optimize digital strategies and initiatives. 

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

  • Bachelor's or Business, Communications, or a related field. (Optional)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. 
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy. 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Zoho CRM, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, Excel and social media platforms. 
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience in the EdTech industry. 
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing programs.
  • Advanced Excel
