Community Program Manager - AI

The AI Community Program Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our community of AI enthusiasts, professionals, and researchers. This role requires a passion for technology and a strong ability to engage and inspire others in the field of artificial intelligence. We are looking for candidates who are good at solutioning using open-source AI, GenAI and associated technologies and enable, empower and excite developers and startups in India.

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

  • Community Development: Build and nurture a vibrant community of AI practitioners, researchers, and enthusiasts through workshops, meetups, and online platforms.
  • Program Design: Develop and implement community programs that promote learning, collaboration, and innovation in AI technologies.
  • Content Creation: Curate and create engaging content, including newsletters, webinars, and social media posts, to inform and inspire the community.
  • Partnership Management: Collaborate with academic institutions, industry partners, and other organizations to enhance program offerings and community reach.
  • Branding: Conveying the brand’s voice and values, fostering connections within the community.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from community members to continuously improve programs and address their needs and interests.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track program metrics and provide regular reports on community engagement, growth, and overall impact.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in Technology community management, program development, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and trends. Must have a knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Generative AI technologies.
  • Basic Knowledge on Python programming and knowledge on APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Proficient in using community management tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • This would be a Vendor Consultant role
