Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility

This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the value proposition of nasscom membership. It is important to be proactive, organized, and customer-focused to be successful.

Job Responsibilities:

New Member Acquisition:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential members through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to showcase the benefits of nasscom membership.
  • Assist new members in the onboarding process, helping them understand the benefits, services, and resources available to them.

Account Management (Existing Members):

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current members and encourage their continued participation.
  • Provide ongoing support to members, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
  • Frequent travel within the assigned region.
  • Usage of CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, sales activities, and member information

Role would also require:

  • Knowledge in the industry trends, developments, and changes to effectively position the membership benefits.
  • Collect and integrate feedback from members to continuously improve and enhance the offerings.

Sales Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

  • Any Graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and account management.
