Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility
This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, sales acumen, and a deep understanding of the value proposition of nasscom membership. It is important to be proactive, organized, and customer-focused to be successful.
Job Responsibilities:
New Member Acquisition:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential members through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to showcase the benefits of nasscom membership.
- Assist new members in the onboarding process, helping them understand the benefits, services, and resources available to them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current members and encourage their continued participation.
- Provide ongoing support to members, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Frequent travel within the assigned region.
- Usage of CRM to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, sales activities, and member information
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets.
