Dayanidhi is the Managing Director-APAC of Digital Chocolate IT and Gaming Solutions, heading their Indian office. Head quartered in San Mateo, US, Digital Chocolate has offices in different countries. In this role, Dayanidhi is responsible for running Digital Chocolate's Indian office comprising of a studio, porting division and worldwide submissions of their games on various platforms including carriers, application stores and social networks. He is responsible for development, porting and maintenance of their award winning games on mobile platform, smartphones, tablets and Facebook while working with other studios globally. Dayanidhi was a key senior executive of Small Device which began as a start-up focusing on mobile game and application porting. He played a key role in building the company and successfully heading delivery to its global clients. Small Device was acquired by Digital Chocolate in 2007, a global leader in gaming business catering to several platforms.

Prior to this, he was a senior executive in ExcelSoft Technologies, Mysore, a leader in e-learning business. In his previous assignment, Dayanidhi has served Cranes Software with a strong focus on Mathematical Modeling and Simulation, DSP and embedded systems. He led several business initiatives for the company such as setting up their training business and software services division. Prior to this, he was an young entrepreneur in the 90's starting his own company when IT was evolving as a strong business domain.

He joined hands with a few like-minded people and co-founded Red Compass, a non-profit organisation that offers Career Guidance and Support Services for the school and college drop outs.

Dayanidhi is a regular speaker at events including NASSCOM and TiE. He has an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University, an MBA in Marketing and AMP in Strategy from IIM, Bangalore.
