At the Summit, the Inclusion Experience Zone takes center stage, offering a dynamic space that showcases immersive exhibits of marginalized groups. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in storytelling, delve into virtual reality experiences, and interact with thought-provoking art installations, all aimed at exploring the unique identities and challenges within these communities.
Facilitated dialogues, cultural workshops, and multimedia installations will serve as powerful tools to highlight both the strengths and obstacles faced by these groups. Accompanied by trained facilitators, attendees will be guided through discussions and reflections, fostering empathy, understanding, and respect. The experience zone aims to cultivate an inclusive and tolerant society, encouraging an #InclusionForAll mindset and working towards an equitable world.
The intention behind this experience zone's meticulous design is to offer participants an exceptional and engaging journey, allowing them to gain insight into the actual difficulties encountered by marginalised communities. Its purpose is to establish an educational space that encourages empathy, comprehension, and admiration for the diverse experiences of individuals from various backgrounds.
This zone will showcase several exhibits, each providing an immersive experience for a particular marginalised group. Each experience zone has its own essence and significance.
The "This Ability" Inclusion Experience Zone holds great importance and can have a profound influence on participants. By the conclusion of the experience, attendees will have a comprehensive understanding of various disabilities. The primary objective of the zone is to educate and raise awareness about essential disability etiquette, enhancing participants' capacity to engage respectfully and inclusively with people with disabilities (PWDs).
Upon concluding their visit to the Inclusion Experience Zone, participants will depart with a profound encounter unlike anything they have experienced before. This zone aims to foster an understanding of the profound significance of their other senses and how an entire community depends on those senses to carry out their daily tasks. Furthermore, attendees will gain insight into the fundamental signs used in Indian Sign Language, further enriching their understanding and communication skills.
This zone lets users experience the life of a visually impaired person. Participants will acquire a profound comprehension of how individuals from this community can utilise technologies independently and operate communication devices through their other senses. This zone will genuinely provide participants with a fresh perspective on visually impaired individuals, dispelling myths and challenging stereotypes associated with them.
The Neurodiversity Inclusion Experience Zone aims to dismantle barriers that hinder the full integration of neurodivergent individuals into society, education, and the workplace. By challenging common misconceptions, this zone seeks to raise awareness and enable people to recognise the unique needs of neurodivergent individuals. It emphasises the importance of providing proper resources, services, and accommodations to support them effectively. Participants will depart from the zone enlightened about the diverse strengths and talents of individuals with various neurological conditions, empowering them to generate innovative solutions.
After completing their journey through this Inclusion Experience Zone, participants will carry with them the lived experiences of various individuals. This zone offers a secure environment for storytellers while also fostering empathy, understanding, and awareness of diversity and social issues among readers and listeners. Its ultimate aim is to cultivate a more inclusive and compassionate society.
Upon concluding their visit to the LGBTQ+ Inclusion Experience Zone, participants will depart with an enhanced and profound appreciation for the intricate diversity that exists within the community. They will also gain a deeper understanding of the multifaceted challenges faced by its members.
"Anubhav" is a one-of-a-kind Multi-Sensory Art Gallery that offers a distinctive and immersive experience, engaging participants' senses of touch, smell, taste, and audio. Through the artwork and multi-sensory elements in this zone, participants will have the opportunity to experience a wide range of emotions and sensations. This gallery not only allows for engagement with art but also provides valuable insights into the experiences of artists from the disability and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Once the participant completes the Pause and Ponder Zone, they will depart with firsthand experiences and insights on the intersection of technology and inclusion for various identities. The zone will also offer valuable insights to product managers from participating companies, aiding them in designing prototypes of inclusive products. Furthermore, the summit may curate op-eds and podcast episodes based on the gathered insights and materials.
