Ensuring the safety and security of the women employees at workplace is a priority for the IT-BPM companies across India. At NASSCOM, we have been running roadshows to create awareness on the law and the necessary policy changes for the past several years. While it has been three years since the implementation of The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, we are receiving several queries from our member companies on the Key Provisions of the Act and the roles and responsibilities of the ICC members. In order to facilitate this information we have tied up with Parity Consulting and Trilegal to run another series of roadshows exclusively for the ICC (Internal complaint committee members) of the companies.

The session will comprise of 2 parts –

Part 1 – Investigative methodology, Define process of conducting an inquiry, Employer's responsibilities, Approach to handle diverse cases, etc.

Part 2 – Sharing of Best practices by the companies

Parity Consulting will also help NASSCOM in bringing out a toolkit for the benefit of the ICC members. This toolkit will be a compilation of the best practices from 15 – 20 NASSCOM member companies and we are targeting to release the Toolkit at the NASSCOM D & I Summit 2017-18. This program would also present an opportunity to connect with the fellow practitioners and learn from their experience.
