Job Details/ Criteria
1. Vendor Interface:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between nasscom and the vendor.
• Collaborate with the vendor to ensure seamless onboarding of new learning content and courses.
• Act as a liaison to address questions, concerns, and issues from the vendor's side.
• Identify and support the closure of all open issues related to vendor services.
2. Content Partner Relations:
• Communicate and clarify the onboarding process to content partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Work closely with content partners to gather necessary materials and facilitate content delivery.
3. Technical Expertise:
• Gain a deep understanding of technical aspects such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and database management.
• Evaluate the vendor's technical capabilities and identify any potential delivery challenges.
• Offer technical guidance and solutions to address technical issues as they arise.
4. Cost Evaluation:
• Monitor and evaluate the vendor's performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and work with the vendor to optimize pricing structures.
5. Data Analysis and Dashboard Creation:
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL for data analysis.
• Convert data insights into informative dashboards.
6. Data Querying and Integration:
• Experience with querying medium-scale data and integrating data from various sources.
• Utilize technical skills in web applications, JavaScript, .NET, PHP, and API integration to streamline data processes.
7. Project Management:
• Plan, execute, and oversee the implementation of various project milestones.
• Maintain a project schedule and ensure that the project stays on track.
• Track project progress and report status to relevant stakeholders.
8. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that the vendor's services meet the quality standards and requirements of the skilling project.
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
9. Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of project-related activities, communications, and technical specifications.
• Generate reports and documentation to support decision-making and reporting to management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Information Technology, Project Management, or a similar discipline.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a track record of successfully managing projects and vendors in a similar capacity.
• Proficiency in technical areas like Single Sign-On (SSO) and database management.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and vendor issues.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms.
• Knowledge of skilling and educational content management.
