Job Details/ Criteria

Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:
  • Support the Program Lead in executing the Nasscom DeepTech Global Market Access Program for Indian startups in international markets.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of pre-departure workshops and in-country delegation visits for participating startups.
  • Facilitate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and potential customers in the target markets.
  • Organize industry-specific events, workshops, and networking opportunities to provide deeper sector insights.
  • Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth arrangements for the startups during the in-country visits.
  • Support the startups in securing potential funding, customers, and partnerships through pitching sessions and meetings.
  • Provide dedicated in-country support and ongoing mentorship to the participating startups.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, program updates, and post-program support, including deal-closing assistance and community building.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to ensure the program's success.
  • Work with local entities to facilitate introductions and access to relevant resources.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:
  • 6-8 years of experience in program management, business development, or a similar role in the startup/tech ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of the global startup landscape, including market trends and regulatory environments in target markets.
  • Proven track record of managing successful market access programs or initiatives for technology startups.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills to engage with startup founders, investors, and industry leaders.
  • Proficient in project management, problem-solving, and coordinating complex logistical arrangements.
