By confirming your participation, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

Code of Conduct:

Must not impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Adhere to rules and guidelines shared by the organising team.

Submission guidelines:

If any information provided during online registration is found to be incomplete and/or inaccurate, application will be excluded from the evaluation process.
Application cannot be changed once it has been submitted.
It is mandatory that submission details/solutions are your original work and you have secured all rights necessary, to submit the Entry for the process.
Please note that after the Event you and/or your Entry may be publicized by Fidelity in advertisements related to the Event. These advertisements may be distributed online and posted on our site, our affiliates’ sites, or third-party websites. The term Fidelity used throughout this Agreement means and include Fidelity Business Services India Pvt. Ltd. & it’s affiliates.
While we reserve the rights set forth above, we are not obligated to use your submission for any purpose, even if it has been selected as a winning submission.
Intellectual Property Rights: Fidelity and Participants shall be the sole and exclusive owners of their respective intellectual property rights (“IPR”). Fidelity has a right to evaluate/use the submissions to the Project as specified under this Agreement. However, if any of the submissions is selected by Fidelity and Fidelity wants to further pursue such submission, then Fidelity will enter into a separate agreement with such Participant and such agreement will have detail IPR understanding agreed between the parties.
Fidelity does not want you to, and you should not, send any confidential or proprietary information to Fidelity through the FIDNOVATE Site. Please note that any unsolicited information or material sent to Fidelity will be deemed not to be confidential or proprietary. Fidelity does not want to receive, and you are deemed to covenant and agree through the use of the FIDNOVATE Site not to provide, any information or materials to Fidelity that are defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, in violation of any law, governmental requirements or otherwise unlawful, or that incorporate the proprietary information or materials of another person or entity. Trademark and Copyright: You shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the FIDNOVATE Site any information and material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express written permission of the owner of such right(s). You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyright, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission.
All trade names, trademarks, service marks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights of Fidelity will remain Fidelity’s property exclusively and you shall not assert any claim thereto. Confidentiality: You shall not use or disclose any Fidelity Confidential Information, as such is defined below, except in connection with the participation in the Project, as expressly permitted under this Section, or as may be otherwise authorized in advance and in writing by Fidelity.
As used herein, “Fidelity Confidential Information” means any information, including Fidelity data, disclosed to participants participating in the Project (each a “Participant” and collectively the “Participants”) by or on behalf of Fidelity, that is either marked as confidential or, if disclosed orally, is reduced to a written summary, marked as confidential and delivered to the receiving Participant. You understand that Fidelity Confidential Information may be disclosed to you orally, in writing or by electronic media by Fidelity or the event organizer NASSCOM.
You may use or disclose Fidelity Confidential Information only as follows: (a) with the prior written consent of Fidelity; (b) to the extent necessary to fulfil your obligations of the Project.
The restrictions set forth in this Section will not apply to Fidelity Confidential Information that (a) becomes known to the public generally through no fault or breach of yours; (b) is rightfully received by you from a third-party that, to your reasonable knowledge, was in lawful possession of the Fidelity Confidential Information and was without breach of confidentiality obligations; (c) was in your possession prior to disclosure under this Participant Agreement as demonstrated by written records. VIDEO TAPING, AUDIO TAPING AND STILL PHOTOGRAPHY: You hereby grant Fidelity the right to photograph, record and otherwise capture your image, voice, likeness, etc. and to use your name and such images, recordings, etc. in connection with the Project and Work at their sole discretion; provided that such use does not portray you in a negative light. You release and discharge Fidelity from any and all claims and demands that may arise out of or in connection with the use of the photographs, videos, or audio recordings including without limitation any and all claims for libel or violation of any right of publicity or privacy. DATA PROTECTION: The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that Fidelity shall be entitled to rely and use the personal information provided on the registration form in order to comply with and implement the terms of this Participation Agreement and to contact you in connection with the Project. JUDGING: A panel of judges will evaluate your submission, using the judging criteria provided by Fidelity. All decisions made by panel of judges are final and binding and no appeals can be made at any point of time. LIABILITY: Fidelity shall have no liability under contract, tort or any other head of law, to any party in relation to this Project for any direct loss, loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data or loss of goodwill or any indirect loss or consequential loss. You are participating in the Project at your own risk. Acknowledgment: You agree as follows: (a) Fidelity shall not provide any compensation to you related to your participation in the Project; (b) You will not be entitled to any association with any Fidelity Company resulting from the participation in the Project.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
