Overview

DISHA Mentorship Program is a SME Council initiative designed exclusively for the NASSCOM SME Members to help mid segment SMEs to move to the next orbit and to enhance their business by empowering them with knowledge, strong industry connects and insights.

This initiative is designed to help the Entrepreneurs / Owners / Founders of the Tech SME organizations to take their companies from their current levels to the next level. The objective of DISHA is to aid the growth of SMEs by leveraging the power of mentorship by industry experts.

Mentees enrolled in this program will directly interact with curated panel of mentors for 3 months (1 hour /month) to help them achieve their short/mid-term business goals. Mentors will offer their expertise, inspiration, and practical advice on a one-to-one basis to help firms strategize better and remain focused towards faster growth.

What to Expect
What members can expect from “DISHA”
DISHA Cohort 1
The first cohort examined effective growth strategies and insightful lessons for SMEs. It concluded on an engaging note with positive feedback from the mentors and members. 40+ SMEs were mentored, trained and transformed by industry experts under this program.
