NASSCOM's Statement on USICS Final Rule to Increase Filing Fees

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced the increase in visa filing fees for various types of immigrant and non-immigrant visas. The rule includes an increase in the filing fee for an I-129H by 21% and I-129L by 75%.
