  • Privilege Offer, Early Bird & Regular Fee: Please make online registrations to confirm your seats. In case of an offline payment, please make the payment within 15 days of sending your registration or by respective dates of the offer, whichever comes earlier, failing which the offer will not be valid.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The deadline for cancellation requests is June 5, 2025, with a 75% refund. A processing fee of 25% will be withheld from the refunded amount at any given time. Substitutions are welcome until Jul 1, 2025.
