This requires constant mentoring and a greater reskilling & learning push in middle and senior management to ensure holistic growth of women leaders in tech.

With this vision, nasscom launched the Women MentHERship program in 2022- an industry-wide mentorship program for women technology professionals to interact and learn from the industry's best the design principles of leadership and scale.
