Early Bird Fee: You have to make the payment within
15 days of sending your registration or by August 19, 2024,
whichever comes earlier, failing which the offer will not be valid.
Group Discounts are not applicable on the Early Bird prices.
Regular Fee: You have to make the payment within 15
days of sending your registration or by August 20, 2024, whichever
comes earlier, failing which the offer will not be valid.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be
confirmed in writing. The last date for request for cancellation of
your registration is August 20, 2024 with 75% refund. 25% of the
fees would be withheld as processing fees at any given point of
time. Substitutions are welcome till August 25, 2024. Cancellation
of tickets post August 20, 2024 are not allowed. In case a
participant still wants to cancel on 25% of the paid amount would be
refunded.
Discounts: Group discounts are applicable as per
the group category. Any cancellation will lead to a revision of the
ticket price as per the new group category.
Gen-Z employees*: Between 2-5 years of professional
work experience. Adequate proof may be required, failing to furnish
which, nasscom holds the right the cancel the registration.
Non-transferable Tickets: A single ticket grants
access to a single attendee to all days of the conference and is
strictly non-transferable. Organizers reserve the right to ban
participants sharing a single ticket and using the issued pass/badge
with someone else's name on it from the current and future events.
