From our recent whitepaper on AI Enablement of MSMEs, it was observed that 94% of MSMEs recognize AI’s growth potential and are keen to develop relevant AI capabilities. However, these MSMEs are constrained due to limited awareness of AI tools and technologies, and how those can enhance their productivity and help in their organizational growth and development.

To enable MSMEs in acquiring relevant AI skills, developing effective AI strategies, and exploring new market opportunities, nasscom has launched a cohort-based AI Champions program.

Objective

The key focus of this program is to enable MSMEs in developing essential world-class AI capabilities by:

Adopting AI for their business productivity
Shaping AI strategies for new business avenues
Availing new market opportunities

Program Structure

The program will be delivered through group and individual sessions via offsite and online modes and will cover the following aspects:

Eligibility Criteria

MSMEs with at least one AI service line.
Nominees should be a CXO or a member of senior leadership/functional team.
Nominees must have at least 15 years of professional experience.

Selection process

MSMEs will apply through an "Expression of Interest" form.
A selection panel comprising of senior industry leaders will shortlist applicants.
Top twenty (20) MSMEs will be offered to join the program.

Expectations from the Participants

Participants are expected to regularly attend both group and individual sessions.
Participants should ensure timely submission of all papers, presentations, and responses, whenever required.
Financially, the program involves a fee of INR Two Lakhs (plus GST), with travel costs to offsite locations being the participant’s responsibility (nasscom will cover accommodation expenses).
