In accordance with nasscom's TECHADE mission, the AI Gamechangers awards were introduced in 2021. The objective was to recognize and reward impactful AI implementation stories from enterprises, startups, government entities, research and academic institutions, and NGOs across various sectors.

FAQs
  • What is the deadline to apply?

    The application period for AI Gamechangers 2023 will be open from Dec 12, 2023 till Jan 31, 2024.

  • How and where will the presentation round be held?

    The presentation round would be conducted virtually. The details will be shared with the shortlisted participants by email.

  • How will my data and customer information be shared or used?

    Successful nominations will be asked to submit additional details about the use-cases where the winning entries will be featured in the AI Gamechangers Compendium - to be launched on May 23, 2024 at the in-person award ceremony. The information shared by you/your company in the application or when asked for during the selection round will be reviewed only by the AI Gamechangers Selection Panel. Any sensitive details (e.g. client name, technical specifications, etc) will be redacted in the compendium upon request and will not be shared further.

  • Am I eligible to apply if I applied last year?

    1. Use case provided should be live and not in pilot/protype stage.
    2. The use-case will be judged purely on the merit of impact over the past
    2 years even if it has been operational longer than that.
    3. The applicant or any of its subsidiaries should be registered in India. The AI Solution needs to be either deployed or developed in India.

  • How will I know the status of the application?

    As we progress in the challenge, the applicants would be informed on the next steps. Please note emails will only be sent to the email id shared in the application.

  • Is there any offline form I can refer to?

    You may download reference forms for AIGC Use case form and AIGC Research in AI form and prepare your answers before filling. However, only the online applications would be considered.

  • Can a collaborative project apply for this award?

    Yes, but the application entry should be under one organization only. Details of the work can be described in the application further. If any queries, you can write to us at aigamechangers@nasscom.in

  • Can I submit more than one application for different use cases?

    Yes, you can apply for multiple categories and use cases. Only one idea can be submitted for one business problem. However, if the applicant organization wants to submit applications for multiple areas of interest, they need to submit individual approach notes with a different SPOC for each submission.
