Greetings from NASSCCOM
In light of changing business models and individual priorities, there is a significant need for the employers to have knowledge of various legislative reforms that are taking place in field of labour and employment laws. As organisations gear up for changes, there is a need to be aligned not only with the requirements under the law, but also match up employee expectations. Companies need to plan and implement employee benefits, appraisals and internal communications consistently, benchmarked against Industry practices and compliance process.
In this backdrop, NASSCOM is organizing an interactive Session on Labour Reforms & Impact on Indian IT-BPM Organizations on November 24th 2017 at Courtyard by Marriott in Mumbai
With a thorough insight of theoretical and practical experience, the speakers from Nishith Desai Associates will touch upon various legislative reforms that have recently taken place such as Maternity Benefits Act, Draft labour code on Social Security and Welfare Code on Wage Bill etc.
