Creating a world-class community of product champions
Nasscom Women Product Champions (NWPC) is an initiative by nasscom ProductSkills that envisions to create a world-class community of champions that encourages the development of women professionals interested in and excelling in Product Management. The program focuses on giving personalized coaching to women, supports existing women PMs by upskilling them in product skills and the leadership skills and creates networking opportunities for women to accelerate the career growth by connecting them with industry leaders.
Upskilling women in emerging technologies
FutureSkills Prime is democratizing learning with free signups for all, irrespective of gender, location, profession. Out of 9 Lakh + learners on FutureSkills Prime, 38.2 % are women – a robust number and growing. Women have mostly enrolled in emerging tech like Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, IOT, Big Data
Bridging Gender Gap in tech sector
With an aim to build awareness among the women from all job roles about the tech capabilities in future technologies, Nasscom's Women Wizards Rule Tech (W²RT) Program was launched. The program caters to a pressing need of the tech industry by up-skilling of women employees with the most in-demand technologies to ensure gender diversity in tech. The platform created an ecosystem of over 100+ tech companies, 100+ tech gurus, 30+ role models (Iconic Women Leaders), 530 mentors and over 9500+ participant’s users through last three cohorts.
